Donna Keim has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and positions. Donna started their career in 1989 at Buysse Dodge, Inc., where they held various roles such as Quality Control Manager, Office Manager, Service Manager, Finance Manager, and later as an Office Manager and Finance and Insurance Manager. In 2005, they joined Lujack's Northpark Auto Plaza as a Fleet/Commercial Manager. After that, they worked at Quad Cities PMI as the President of the Quad Cities PMI Chapter from 2007 to 2011. Donna then joined Midland Communications in 2010 as a Communications Solution Provider. In 2012, they became a Member Representative at NFIB, the largest small business organization in the United States. Donna later took on the role of Wisconsin-Heartland Division Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) as an NFIB Senior Division Manager. Currently, Donna holds the position of Assistant Regional Sales Director at NFIB, where they aim to locate, hire, train, and mentor team members to promote and protect the rights of independent business owners.

Donna Keim has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resources, which they obtained from Western Illinois University in the year 2002. In 2009, they attended Villanova University, where they focused on Six Sigma Green Belt studies, but it is unclear whether they completed a degree in this area.
