Jessica Hufford, CFRM

Jessica Hufford, CFRM, has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Jessica'smost recent position is as the New Business Development Officer at the National FFA Organization, where they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Northwood University from March 2020 to August 2022 as the Advancement Director of Signature Programs.

From 2017 to 2020, Jessica served as the Fund Development Manager at Senior Services Midland, where they were responsible for developing and managing the agency's integrated fundraising program. Jessica played a lead role in a capital campaign that raised $2 million for a new Sanford Center.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a 4-H Program Coordinator at Michigan State University Extension, where they focused on recruitment, training, and support of program volunteers. Jessica also analyzed community needs and implemented strategies to encourage underserved populations' participation in 4-H activities.

Jessica also holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Edison State Community College, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Currently, Jessica is pursuing a Masters of Public Administration degree at The Ohio State University, with an anticipated completion date in 2022. Additionally, they have earned a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from IUPUI The Fund Raising School in March 2019.
