Jayne Cargle

Jayne Cargle is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles and industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at National Fire & Safety since April 2022, Jayne supports five branches in Texas, overseeing the needs of approximately 300 employees and collaborating with General Managers and the Texas Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Jayne was an Office Manager and HR/Accounting professional at TFA Texas Fire Alarm, LLC from January 2007 to April 2022, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and implementing HR policies and procedures. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Office Manager at Combined Consumers Special Utility District, where responsibilities included accounting, payroll, and maintaining HR records. Jayne holds educational credentials from Trinity Valley Community College and the American Institute of Commerce Business School.
