Carrie Baffes

Carrie Baffes is currently the Managing Director of Human Resources at the National Futures Association since July 2021. Previously, Carrie held the position of Director of Comp & Benefits at the same company from May 1989 to July 2020. Carrie earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1989 and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago in 1997.
