Jane D.

Jane D. has substantial experience in ticketing and customer relationship management across prominent cultural institutions. Currently serving as the CRM and Ticketing Manager at the National Galleries of Scotland since September 2018, Jane previously held the position of Head of Ticketing at both the Edinburgh International Festival and Hub Tickets from January 2015 to September 2018. Earlier roles include Head of Visitor Experience: Ticketing and Contact Centre at Southbank Centre and Head of Membership and Ticketing Operations at Tate, where Jane worked from March 2002 to July 2013. Jane began a career in ticketing as Deputy Ticket Sales Manager at Sadler's Wells from December 1999 to March 2002. Jane holds a Master of Arts degree in French and Philosophy from The University of Edinburgh, completed in June 1994.
