Luz (Lucy) Tena is an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of internal databases within the insurance industry. Currently employed at National General Insurance since October 2015, Luz focuses on improving internal processes and providing quality service to clients. Previously held the same role at QBE MLS from June to October 2015 and served in various capacities at QBE MLS from January 1998 to May 2015, including as a Subject Matter Expert and Client Services Supervisor. Luz possesses a strong commitment to reducing costs and enhancing operational efficiency. Education includes a high school diploma from Saddleback High School.
