Monica Serrano

Monica Serrano is a seasoned graphics professional with extensive experience in infographic artistry and design. Currently serving as a Senior Graphics Editor at National Geographic since May 2015, Monica has previously worked as a freelance Infographic Artist from January 2012 to August 2014, and held the role of Professor of Infography at IED | Istituto Europeo di Design during the 2011/12 and 2012/13 academic years. Prior to these positions, Monica was an Infographic Artist at Público from July 2008 to November 2011 and at Grupo Joly from 2007 to July 2008. Educationally, Monica studied at Instituto de Artes Visuales from 2006 to 2008 and attended ESCUELA POLITÉCNICA SUPERIOR DE ALGECIRAS.
