Sarah Van Duyn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership within the education and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Endowments, Explorer-Led Programs, and Grants at the National Geographic Society since March 2024, Sarah has held multiple senior director roles at National Geographic since 2018, focusing on strategic insights, funding opportunities, and professional learning. Prior to this, Sarah was the Managing Content Director for Hanover Research's K-12 Education Practice, overseeing a team and managing numerous client projects. With a solid educational background, including a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Educational Studies from the University of Michigan, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University, Sarah has consistently demonstrated expertise in project management, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making throughout their career.
