Clifford Jordan

Clifford Jordan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple organizations. Clifford currently serves as the Director of the GEOINT Functional Management Assessments Office at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), where they lead assessment activities and analyzes community GEOINT activities. Prior to this role, they held various positions at NGA, including Deputy Chief of the Maritime Navigation Division, Operations Center Director, Chief of the Specialized Contracts Management Branch, and Foundation GEOINT Content Account Manager / Geospatial Analyst. Clifford also worked at the Jordan Astronautics, LLC as Chief Executive Officer. Before that, they were the Chief of Staff / Executive Officer at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), the Property and Information Technology Team Lead at NGA, and a Functional Manager / Assistant Technical Executive at the United States European Command (USEUCOM). Clifford also served in roles at the United States Southern Command, US Army Geospatial Center (AGC), NOAA, Robert J Bungard & Associates, Inc, and Compton & Duling, LC.

Clifford Jordan has an extensive education history. In 1985, they graduated from Gar-Field High School with an Advanced Studies Diploma, achieving Summa Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.92. Clifford then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Mary Washington, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993.

In pursuit of further education, Clifford attended Northern Virginia Community College in 1996, focusing on Statistics. Clifford later enrolled at George Mason University from 1997 to 2000 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Geographic and Cartographic Sciences.

Continuing their educational endeavors, Clifford joined The George Washington University from 2011 to 2014, earning a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering.

Throughout their career, Clifford also obtained various certifications related to their field. Notably, they acquired multiple GEOINT Professional Certifications offered by the United States Department of Defense. Beyond this, they acquired certifications in Defense Acquisition from the Defense Acquisition University, including DAWIA Level III in Program Management and Level I in Business - Financial Management.
