Deputy Director Cybersecurity Operations at National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency

Dan Tucker has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and communications support for special operations. Dan currently serves as the Deputy Director of Cybersecurity Operations at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, where they oversee various aspects of IT security and contributes to the organization's cybersecurity strategy. Prior to this role, they held positions at the 112th Signal Battalion (Special Operations)(Airborne) and USASOC HQ, where they served as an Operations Officer and Chief Technology Officer, respectively. In these roles, they were responsible for managing communications support for special operations missions and driving innovations in communications capabilities. Dan also played a key role in IT readiness, modernization, and strategic resourcing for the Army Special Operations Command.

Dan Tucker completed a Master's degree in Homeland Security from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in 2017. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Excelsior University between 2005 and 2012.
