Deputy Director Of Talent Acquisition at National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency

Nolan Welle has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition, learning and development, and instructional design. Nolan has held various roles with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, including Deputy Director of Talent Acquisition and Chief of GEOINT Learning. Prior to that, they worked with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence as a Faculty and Course Director. Welle also has experience with MTC Technologies/Command Technologies Inc, where they served as an Instructional Systems Designer and Technologist. Overall, their career spans over 20 years, with a focus on talent development and leveraging technology in educational settings.

Nolan Welle holds a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree in Instructional Technology and Instructional Design from George Mason University, which they completed from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art History from the University of Mary Washington, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Nolan also studied Art History at The University of Georgia from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2019.
