Alec Conte possesses a robust background in analytics and strategy development, currently serving as a Lead Analyst for Strategy Development in the Future of Heat division at National Grid. Prior roles include Senior Specialist in Business Change and Analyst in People Analytics at National Grid, as well as a Research Coordinator at Cambridge Health Alliance. Alec began the career journey as an Intern at Innerscope Research and also has experience as Direct Care Staff at Turning Point Services, Inc. An academic foundation is established with a Master’s Degree in Applied Business Analytics Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience and a minor in Biology from Emmanuel College.
