Sheetal Acharya

Sheetal Acharya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Planning & Performance and Chief of Staff to the President of National Grid Ventures since November 2019, Sheetal has held various senior roles within National Grid, including Chief of Staff for Strategy & Regulation and Director of Operations within the Global Transformation Office. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Publicis Sapient as Director of National Organizational Enablement Practice Lead and Slalom as a Consultant. Early career experience includes senior management roles at PwC and project management at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Sheetal holds an MBA in Global Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Germanic Languages & Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
