Fred Perard

Fred Perard has been working as an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at National Gypsum Company and previously held the same position at a different company. Prior to transitioning to the private sector, Fred served in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Ensign and later as a Petty Officer Second Class in the Inspection Division based in Sector Charleston, SC.
