Tim Craven

Tim Craven currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at National Gypsum Company since August 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of Executive Vice President Human Resources, EHS & Communications at JELD-WEN, Inc. from July 2015 to July 2023, where significant change management initiatives were led during the company's transition to a publicly traded entity. Tim’s experience also includes serving as Vice President Human Resources for Eaton from 2007 to 2015, managing two major divisions, and holding HR leadership roles in companies such as Affiliated Computer Services and Honeywell. Tim holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Western Illinois University.
