Tonya Richardson

Tonya R. Richardson, MPA, is an accomplished leader in nonprofit management with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Director at National Health Corps - Delaware since March 2021, Tonya also operates Richardson Consulting, established in 2005, providing expertise in leadership development, program management, fundraising, and board development to a diverse clientele. Previous positions include Recruitment Consultant at DBS Ventures, Legislative & Community Director for the City of Wilmington, and Chief Operating Officer at Girls Incorporated of Delaware. Tonya holds a B.A. in English and Journalism from Hampton University and an MPA from the University of Delaware, along with several certifications in community organizing and nonprofit management.
