Matthew Bazen

Matthew Bazen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and leadership positions. Matthew started their career as an Outside Staff Supervisor at The Mines Golf Course. Matthew then worked as a Human Resource Intern at J.W. Marriott Hotel and Wolverine World Wide, followed by an internship at Spectrum Health. After that, Matthew joined National Heritage Academies, where they held several roles including Employee Relations Generalist, Employee Relations Sr. Consultant, Employee Relations Team Lead, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Manager, and eventually became the Manager of People Services Business Partners. Currently, they are serving as the Director of People Services Business Partners at National Heritage Academies.

Matthew Bazen received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business (Human Resources) from Grand Valley State University in 2012. Matthew then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, graduating in 2018.
