Pritika Kharkwal is a dedicated high school student at Lebanon Trail High School, actively engaged in multiple leadership and educational initiatives. Currently serving as President of the National Honor Society chapter, Pritika emphasizes the importance of service and leadership among peers. Participation in the National Youth Advisory Board for Peer Health Exchange allows for the creation of educational opportunities aimed at equipping youth with decision-making resources for their health. As the founder of the podcast "Talk It Out With Pritika Kharkwal," Pritika fosters discussions around mentoring and mental health to promote awareness and societal change. Additionally, Pritika authored one of the earliest youth mental health books in collaboration with renowned mentors. Previous experience includes an internship with The Home Depot’s Cybersecurity Women’s Council. Pritika's academic focus includes business, computer science, science, law, and psychology, with a graduation anticipated in May 2025.
