Rany Zammar

Rany Zammar is a seasoned professional in business development and real estate investments, currently serving as GM of Business Development and Commercial Real Estate Investments at the National Housing Company since December 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio valued at SAR 40 billion. Prior to this, Rany held the position of Director of Development at Dar Al Arkan Properties, managing mixed-use projects and identifying new opportunities. Rany's experience also includes roles as Senior Development Manager at RAFAL Real Estate Development Co., Projects Development Manager at Alajial Holding, Vice President of Project Management & Operations at SHUAA Capital Saudi Arabia, and Head of Design Department at SAB HOLDING. Rany's career began as an Interior Architect at AS Al Ghunaim EST, following the acquisition of a Master's degree in Interior Architecture from Lebanese University.
