Valerie Reif

Valerie Reif is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. As the Founder and Managing Consultant of Talent Advisers since May 2016, Valerie leads a full-service HR consulting firm specializing in people strategy and problem-solving. Valerie has also held multiple leadership roles within the National Human Resources Association, including Past President and NHRA-OC Executive of the Year Chair from 2020 to 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Boot Barn and Regional Director of Administration at ASICS America, where Valerie was integral to regional strategy and HR functions. Valerie's earlier career includes HR leadership positions at St. John Knits, Kenneth Cole Productions, and J. Crew. Valerie holds a BA in Business Management from Webster University, an AA in Business Management from Colorado Mesa University, and a Professional Designation in Human Resources from UCLA.
