Ulla Hakola

Ulla Hakola is an experienced professional currently serving as an Erityisasiantuntija at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) since December 2022 and as an Asiantuntija at DigiFinland Oy since October 2020. Prior roles include Henkilöstösuunnittelija/HR Officer, Asiantuntija in Wellbeing Services and Development Services, and Project Manager at the City of Oulu from February 2014 to October 2020. Ulla has a strong background in project management, with various positions including Project Coordinator and Project Planner with multiple organizations from May 2008 to February 2014. Ulla holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Vaasa and another Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Jyväskylä, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Coventry University.
