John Forth is currently a Reader in HRM at Bayes Business School since September 2018. Additionally, John holds the title of Senior Lecturer in HRM at the same institution. John also works as a Research Fellow at IZA - Institute of Labor Economics since August 2019. Since August 1998, John Forth has been a Fellow at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR). John holds a PhD in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from City, University of London, an MA in Industrial Relations from University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Management Sciences from The University of Manchester.
