Danielle Farley currently serves as the Acting Chief of Staff at the USDA Office of the Chief Scientist, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Danielle has been a Social Science Program Specialist at the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture since November 2020. Danielle's previous experiences include serving as a SET Detail Program Specialist at the USDA Office of the Chief Scientist, where assistance was provided for the operations of the NAREEE Advisory Board, and working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Rural Institute for Inclusive Communities and University of Montana, where various research projects and community engagement initiatives were supported. Danielle possesses a Master's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Montana and has held earlier positions in agricultural and community education.
