Drew Foster

Drew Foster is currently serving as the Deputy Chief at The National Institutes of Health, where responsibilities include planning and implementing the applicant evaluation and assessment program, as well as serving as a subject matter expert for the HR Information Technology team. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Assurance Lead at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, where Drew designed a quality assurance program based on data-informed decision-making and led process improvement initiatives across regional branches. Additionally, Drew worked as a Human Resources Consultant, negotiating interagency agreements for staffing services. Academic background includes a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas.
