Michelle Rodriguez, CCHW, currently serves as a Pathways Intern at the National Institutes of Health within the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, focusing on programmatic development and website management to enhance operational efficiency. In addition, Michelle is an Advisory Council Member for the Dean’s Undergraduate Student Advisory Council at the University of Maryland, a Public Health Policy Fellow in the UMD Fellows Program, and a Junior Member of the Latino Advisory Board for Prince George's County, advocating for the Latino community. Previous experiences include roles as a Community Health Worker for multiple organizations, implementing health education services in English and Spanish, and contributing to research initiatives that aim to reduce health disparities. Michelle is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Science at the University of Maryland, complemented by a minor in Humanities, Health, and Medicine.
