Rachel Diamond

Rachel Diamond serves as the Policy, Reporting, and Legislative Coordinator at The National Institutes of Health within the Office of Strategic Coordination—NIH Common Fund since August 2021, contributing to the Strategic Planning and Reporting Team in the Office of Evaluation, Performance, and Reporting. Previously, Rachel held the position of Chief of Staff at the Association of Science-Technology Centers, where responsibilities included leading Board of Directors relations and managing the CEO's office. Other significant roles include Project Manager at the Center for Advancement of Informal Science Education, Assistant Director for Undergraduate Research Programs at Emory University, and various positions in education and research settings. Rachel holds a PhD in Neuroscience and Animal Behavior, and a Master's degree in Psychology: Neuroscience and Animal Behavior, both from Emory University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macalester College.
