Rhonda Moore, PhD, currently serves as Program Director for both the GCR All of Us Research Program and Global Mental Health at the National Institutes of Health, with a focus on medical anthropology, social drivers of health, and digital global mental health technology. Previous experience includes roles as a Social Scientist at the FDA, where Rhonda specialized in medical anthropology, behavioral science, and ethical research related to AI and vulnerable populations, and as a Health Science Administrator at the Department of Health and Human Services, concentrating on research integrity and ethics. Rhonda's early career features positions at the National Cancer Institute and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, alongside post-doctoral fellowships at Stanford University Medical School and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Rhonda holds a PhD in Anthropology from Stanford University and a BS in Communications and related fields from Northwestern University.
