Ajeet Singh Chauhan is a PhD fellow at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology since April 2022, focusing on the valorisation of pineapple waste for the production of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids using thraustochytrids. Prior to this, Ajeet served as Project Associate-I at Amity University, working on a project aimed at generating biogas, lutein, and biofertilizer from temple flower wastes. Ajeet's experience includes an internship at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and roles as Project Assistant at Mewar Institute of Management and Trainee at CODON BIOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Ajeet began a project internship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, contributing valuable research experience. Ajeet holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Veer Kunwar Singh University, as well as an intermediate degree in Science from B M S College.
