Peter Mazeine

Peter Mazeine, CCIM, ALC, serves as a Senior Land Investment Advisor at National Land Realty since March 2018, providing expert guidance on commercial land transactions and utilizing the company’s GIS "Targeted Acquisition Platform" to assist clients. Additionally, since January 2023, Peter holds the position of Acquisitions Director at NLR Solar. As a Managing Member at Providence Land Advisors, LLC since February 1996, Peter oversees a diverse portfolio of land and manages extensive farmland and timberland assets, ensuring optimal returns through strategic improvements and financial management. From 2010 to February 2018, Peter worked as a Senior Investment Advisor at Halderman Farm Management & Real Estate Services, where Peter provided asset management and consulting services for a significant number of farm properties. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Vermont between 1985 and 1990.
