Emmanuel Fulop

Emmanuel Fulop is an experienced Development Manager and Architect with a career spanning over two decades in the technology sector. Since July 2013, Emmanuel has been leading development and architectural efforts for large international projects at the National Library of Israel, where responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing teams, including offshore programmers. Prior experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Electronic Data Systems, Advanced Technology Systems, Matrix, and FORSOFT, demonstrating a strong background in software development and team leadership. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Jerusalem College of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bar-Ilan University.
