Aaron Lavoie

Aaron Lavoie, PMP, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in the financial and insurance industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at National Life Group since September 2021, Aaron manages diverse technology and business projects. Previously, at Voya Financial from April 2010 to June 2021, Aaron held roles as Director of Project Management and Senior Project Manager, leading significant projects such as a client communications initiative and the conversion of Voya Financial Advisors' data. With a background in information technology and client services management at MassMutual from 1987 to 2009, Aaron has demonstrated expertise in improving operational efficiencies, enhancing client satisfaction, and managing large teams and budgets. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western New England University.
