Heather Lasher

Heather Lasher has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Heather began their career at KPMG in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Manager until 2008. Following their time at KPMG, Heather joined Bank of America, where they served as the SVP of GHR Finance for a decade. In 2018, they joined National Mortgage Insurance Corporation, also known as National MI, as the Director of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting. In 2022, Heather advanced to the position of Senior Director and Assistant Controller at National MI.

Heather Lasher obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Heather also holds a certification as a NC CPA from the NC CPA institution, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
