Frances Baker

Frances Baker is currently working as a Senior Project Coordinator in the Major Projects Team at National Museums Liverpool. Prior to this role, Frances held positions at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, Cabinet Office, SOCIETY NETWORK FOUNDATION, HOTSHOE, and Cube Gallery, gaining extensive experience in contract management, policy and engagement, project management, and event coordination. Frances has a BA (Hons) in Photography from Lancaster University and a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design from Newcastle Under Lyme.
