🏋️‍♂️✨ We are seeking a creative, proactive and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join AusFitness Expo, Australia’s biggest festival of fitness!

This exciting full-time position will work closely with the Marketing Manager, and is based at our Head Office on the beautiful Gold Coast.

This is a dream role for someone who loves fitness and is passionate about growing their marketing career in a hands-on, fun, high-energy environment.

What You'll Do:

• Email Marketing: Create and send engaging, high-impact eDMs

• Social Media: Plan, create, schedule, and manage content that excites and engages fitness fans

• Content Creation & Design: Create social media videos, email graphics, posters, and more

• Website Updates: Keep the event website fresh and up-to-date

• Event Listings: Manage and maintain event listings across multiple platforms

• Partner Marketing: Build strong relationships with exhibitors, partners and sponsors to amplify their event participation

• Customer Enquiries: Be the friendly face behind the marketing inbox

• Data Management: Clean and maintain email marketing lists

• Campaign Reporting: Track and report on marketing performance

• Marketing Administration: Update documents, create tracking files and general admin

• Onsite Event Presence: Dive into the action by supporting on-site marketing efforts during events

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 2 years marketing experience

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a love for brainstorming and bringing fresh ideas to the table

• A passion for communication, engagement, and everything fitness

• Strong digital marketing and social media skills

• Experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (or Canva), and Microsoft Office

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Bonus points for a sense of humour and genuine pride in your work!
