Cathy Cogin

Cathy Cogin is an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist currently self-employed since December 2015. In addition to this role, Cathy has been a Registered Nurse and Educator at National Nurses Plus Pty Limited since 2012, focusing on staff assessment, education, and management training. Previous experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse at Chesalon Care from 2004 to 2012, where Cathy engaged in wound management and staff training, and as the founder of Positive Parenting Workshops from 2001 to 2003, aimed at fostering cooperative family relationships. Cathy has also worked as a Learning and Development Consultant for South Eastern Area Health Services from 1994 to 2001, developing educational programs and facilitating workshops. Early nursing career experience includes various positions at Prince Henry Hospital from 1984 to 1993, including Infection Surveillance Coordinator.
