Ryan Kramer is an accomplished research physical scientist currently at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) with a focus on meteorology and physical oceanography. Kramer's career includes roles as an assistant research scientist at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and a NASA postdoctoral fellow. Academic experience includes serving as a graduate student and teaching assistant at the University of Miami, as well as teaching assistant roles at Penn State University.
