Lindsey Viscarra

Lindsey Viscarra is a seasoned public policy professional with significant experience in state policy and legislative support. Currently serving as State Policy Manager at the National Organization for Rare Disorders since July 2023, Lindsey previously held the position of Public Policy Manager at the International Foundation for Autoimmune & Autoinflammatory Arthritis from August 2022 to July 2023. Prior roles include Legislative Aide in the Speaker's Office of the California State Assembly from January 2003 to July 2005 and Legislative Assistant for Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California from January 2002 to January 2003. Lindsey Viscarra earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Development and Public Health from the University of California, Davis, between 1997 and 2000.
