Elizabeth Festa

Elizabeth Festa currently serves as Managing Director of the Research Universities Practice at McAllister & Quinn and is an IRB Affiliate with Baylor College of Medicine. Active in the National Organization of Research Development Professionals since 2018, Elizabeth holds leadership roles as Co-Chair of both the Membership Committee and Strategic Alliances Committee while contributing to the Research Development Taskforce and Nominating Committee. Prior to their current roles, Elizabeth dedicated over 16 years to Rice University in various positions focused on research development, including project management, proposal editing, and faculty workshop facilitation. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes teaching and administrative roles at numerous educational institutions, as well as service in the U.S. Army. Elizabeth earned a PhD from Vanderbilt University and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
