Riely White

Lead Instructor at NATIONAL OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP SCHOOL

Riely White has a diverse work experience. They started their career at Environmental Traveling Companions in 2012, working as a Sea Kayak Program Manager and later as a River Program Manager. In 2014, they joined CCS as an Associate Director and then became a Senior Director from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, Riely worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company. They returned to Bain & Company in 2020 as a Consultant and subsequently became a Senior Manager in 2023. Additionally, Riely has experience as a Lead Instructor at NOLS Wilderness Medicine since 2014.

Riely White completed a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Colorado College. In 2011, they studied abroad at the University of Cape Town, focusing on Environmental and Geographical Sciences. In 2010, Riely also participated in a semester abroad program with the Sea Education Association, studying Oceanography, Nautical Science, and Maritime History. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, Riely pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
