The National Outdoor Leadership School has had a board of directors with experience in different aspects of outdoor recreation and education. Some examples include a program supervisor, race director, and university professors. These directors have brought their knowledge from various fields, such as archaeology, nonprofit management, and parks and recreation management, to help shape the company.
