Dulce Naime is an experienced community planner currently serving with the National Park Service since April 2024, where technical planning expertise is provided for significant park projects and coordination efforts minimize impacts on park resources. From August 2019 to April 2024, Dulce co-led the development of the 2020 DC Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan and managed capital projects for the Government of the District of Columbia. Prior experience includes roles at the World Bank Group from November 2015 to August 2019, where Dulce authored a manual on participatory urban design for Saudi Arabia and coordinated logistics for the Annual WB Conference on Land Poverty. Additional contributions include consulting for urban development research at George Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Urban Planning from The George Washington University, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
