Joy Beasley

Associate Director, Cultural Resources, Partnerships, And Science at National Park Service

Joy Beasley is the current Associate Director for Cultural Resources, Partnerships, and Science at the National Park Service. Joy has been with the National Park Service since 1998 and has held various positions within the agency. These positions include Acting Superintendent, Chief of Cultural Resources, and Deputy Associate Director of Park Programs and National Heritage Areas.

Joy Beasley has a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Maryland and a master's degree in Joy'storic Preservation from Goucher College.

Joy Beasley's educational career includes a Masters in Applied Anthropology from the University of Maryland, College Park and a BA in Anthropology from The University of Georgia.
