Mark Mesle serves as the Senior Outreach Coordinator for the Midwest at the National Parks Conservation Association since November 2018, focusing on community collaboration to enhance the accessibility of National Parks. Concurrently, since January 2013, Mark has been involved in climate advocacy with The Climate Reality Project, delivering over 25 presentations to various audiences, including organizing events with notable figures such as Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky and State Treasurer Frerichs. Mark also founded 50yearforecast.org to engage the public in climate discourse and worked as the Outreach Director for the Cook County Clerk's office, executing extensive voter registration and outreach initiatives, receiving several awards for innovative programs. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in History and English from the University of Iowa.
