Ravi M is an experienced professional with a strong background in managing digital payments infrastructure and data center operations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at the National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI), Ravi has accomplished significant reductions in total cost of ownership (TCO) through hardware consolidation and optimization, deployed high-performance storage solutions for transactional applications, and implemented best practices based on the ITIL framework. Previously, Ravi held various roles at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd, including Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing technology teams, automating OS deployment, and enhancing incident management processes. Early career experience includes customer support roles at Apex Transworld Computers Pvt Ltd and Gemini Consultants Pvt Ltd.
