Sourabh Tomar

Sourabh Tomar is an experienced professional in the financial and payment systems industry, currently serving as Head of UPI and IMPS Product at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) since April 2018. With a strong focus on business development, strategic alliances, and financial literacy, Sourabh oversees substantial volumes in UPI transactions and drives initiatives for various NPCI products. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager in the Business Development and Business Intelligence Unit at NPCI from November 2013 to April 2017, and significant positions in consumer finance at ING Vysya Bank, Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, and insurance management with Bajaj Allianz and ICICI Lombard. Sourabh holds an Executive MBA in Sales & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
