Jaidip Chanda

Jaidip Chanda has a significant amount of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on institutional sales, relationship management, and business development. Jaidip is currently serving as the Chief Business Development Officer at the National Philanthropic Trust, where they oversee the Client Engagement Group for a $27 billion donor-advised fund. Prior to this, they worked at State Street as a Managing Director, first heading the Asset Owner Sales and Global Relationship Management division and later leading the OCIO & Charitable Asset Management Divisions. Before joining State Street, they held a Vice President role at Fidelity Charitable, where they led the sales effort to the institutional marketplace and was responsible for the creation and growth of intermediary distribution channels. At Fidelity Investments, they held various Vice President roles, including overseeing institutional product sales and senior relationship management. Jaidip also has experience with Bear Stearns in institutional fixed income sales and at Fidelity Investments in fixed income sales & trading, where they launched a line of proprietary Unit Investment Trusts. Jaidip Chanda has proven expertise in developing relationships, driving sales, and strategizing for growth within the financial sector.

Jaidip Chanda completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Business Studies from the University of Vermont from 1988 to 1992. Jaidip then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 1996 to 1999.
