Kelsey Hilton

Kelsey Hilton, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, currently serves as a Project Manager at National Philanthropic Trust since July 2024, following a tenure as Project Manager at CoNetrix from January 2021 to July 2024, where Kelsey managed team expectations, built project plans, and led successful product launches. Kelsey also contributed to the PMI West Texas Chapter as a Board Member from October 2020 to June 2023 and previously worked as a Web Developer at Tandem, LLC from July 2014 to January 2021, focusing on user experience, automated testing, and database management. Kelsey's experience includes effective project leadership during the CNX Institute certification program and addressing food insecurity as a Field Organizer with AmeriCorps VISTA from July 2013 to July 2014. Kelsey Hilton holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Abilene Christian University.
