Francesca Gandolfo

Francesca Gandolfo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at OEMpv™ S.r.l. and AIEM SRL since August 2022, Francesca Gandolfo is also a Group Leader at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) since August 2018. Previous significant positions include Chief Operating Officer at OakNorth Bank from 2015 to 2018, Managing Director at Citi from 2011 to 2015, and Senior Executive at Barclays from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Francesca Gandolfo has contributed as an Advisory Board Member at FinTech Connect Ltd during 2017-2018 and held the role of Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from 1999 to 2007, known for leading turnaround and growth programs.
