Mark Garsee

Mark Garsee has extensive experience in law enforcement and mental health support. Currently serving as a Mental Health Associate for the National Police Association since November 1999 and as a Police Officer for the Katy Police Department since March 2023, Mark Garsee holds roles such as Master Police Officer, FTO, and Accident Reconstructionist. Previously, Mark Garsee worked as a CIT/Mental Health Deputy in Burleson County Texas and spent over two decades with the Katy Police Department in various capacities, emphasizing mental health initiatives. Mark Garsee obtained a certification as a firefighter in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Lamar University in 1986.
