Courtney Knupp has an extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. Courtney is currently serving as the Vice President of International Market Development at the National Pork Board. Previously, they held the position of Director of Animal & Aquaculture Nutrition Meal at the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC).
Prior to that, Courtney worked at the USDA in various roles. Courtney served as the Chief Of Staff to the Assistant Secretary for Administration, Senior Executive Service (SES), Chief of Staff for Research, Education and Economics, and Senior Policy Advisor in the Foreign Agricultural Service.
Courtney also has experience working at the National Pork Producers Council as the Director of International Trade Policy. Courtney started their agricultural career at BASF as a Product Manager for US Corn Fungicides.
Before joining BASF, Courtney worked at Elanco, where they held multiple positions including Sr. Marketing Associate for Elanco US Food Animal Business Inside Sales Manager, Sr. Marketing Associate for Elanco US Swine, and Sales Representative for Elanco US Cattle.
Courtney Knupp attended Iowa State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study at the university was Agricultural Business with a focus on International Agriculture.
